Requirements of Boulder Day Nanny Position:

  • New born experience 
  • Twin experience *necessary 
  • Multiple children/ages experience *necessary 
  • Early child education *(heavily preferred)
  • Long term 3-5 year commitment (or longer) 
  • Comfortable with both parents being home 
  • Good role model for young kids 
  • MUST have good manners
  • Can travel both domestically and internationally (must have passport) 
  • Min 40 hours + Flexibility in change of schedule during week days as needs change. 
  • Overnight capability for date night or future travel where we can leave the kids at home for a weekend. 
  • Safe vehicle 
  • MUST be Clean**** 
  • MUST be Organized**** 
  • Must be reliable (Strong preference towards a person with minimal family obligations) 
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Punctual and professional 
  • Detail oriented

  • Good energy that can match a toddler and soon to be moving twins 
  • Comes prepared with activities/plans/ideas for each day
  • Anticipates household needs and just does (dishwasher, laundry, organize, etc)

  • Emotional Intelligence with a tendency toward positivity and joy 
  • Secondary language (Spanish preferred) a bonus but not necessary 
  • Calm demeanor and can match our disciplinary style
