We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and talk with you about dates, care options, and pricing
  • Match you with care and manage our relationship with you

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. These help the site work, let us count visits and see which pages are used, and help us measure our advertising. We use Google Tag Manager to manage these tools and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google may collect information about your visit through these tools as described in its own privacy policy.

Third-party tools we use

  • Call tracking (CallRail). We use CallRail to show tracking phone numbers on our site so we can tell which ads or pages lead to calls. CallRail may collect your phone number, call time and length, and the page or ad that led to the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
  • Google advertising and analytics. We use Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics to measure our ads and site use, and to show ads to people who have visited our site.
  • Customer management and email. Form requests are stored on our website and sent to us by email and to our client management system (EngineHire) so our team can follow up.
  • Website tools. Our site uses common services for hosting, security and performance (including Cloudflare), and fonts and icons loaded from providers such as Google Fonts and Font Awesome. These providers may receive your IP address and browser information when the page loads.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business, including:

  • Service providers who help us operate the site, manage inquiries, send email, track calls, and run advertising and analytics.
  • Marketing agency, which helps us manage the website, tracking, and advertising and may receive copies of inquiries to make sure they reach us
  • Legal reasons, when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others
  • Business transfers, if our business is sold or merged

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. No website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
