What to Expect with Our Postpartum Doula Care
Your Postpartum Doula will:

Provide hands-on newborn care so parents
can rest and recover overnight. -
Support feeding, burping, diapering, and
soothing with gentle, responsive care. -
Assist with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding
routines, including pumping or bottle prep. -
Monitor and document baby’s sleep, feeding,
and diaper patterns. -
Maintain a calm, organized environment,
tidying and restocking nursery and kitchen
areas. -
Offer emotional reassurance, practical
education, and compassionate listening throughout the night.
